There is magic here.

When I have to write for a website, I think of modern words, third-person sentences, and phrases like "A unique culinary experience in the heart of...".

Here, forget all that.

This is the first time I've found myself writing a website speaking in the first person, but with Uncle Gigi there was no other choice.

When I came here to gather information, I realized that the tavern presents itself as a truly magical place.

Wooden tables, historic photos on the walls, bottles of homemade wine, and a delightfully chaotic atmosphere.

But the real strength – and you understood it immediately, trust me – is the warm and deeply familiar welcome.

And then we talk about substance.

No jokes here. Pure Italian tradition.

The thing that absolutely left me speechless—and I say this as someone who lives and spends money in Florence—was the prices. Guys, it really feels like we're stuck in the '90s, practically behind the Duomo!

The atmosphere is rustic, always crowded:
